We are seeking an experienced and technically minded IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level project management and the practical technical execution required for complex, enterprise-grade technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through the full lifecycle—from initial planning and requirements gathering through execution, monitoring, and final project closure.

• Strategic Coordination: Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource dependencies while facilitating clear communication across all stakeholder levels.

• Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure engineers, software developers, database administrators, security teams, and third-party vendors.

• Project Governance: Maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including charters, RAID logs, detailed work plans, and executive status reports.

• Execution Oversight: Ensure all project deliverables align with organizational standards, security governance, and long-term strategic objectives.

Core Focus Areas:

• Infrastructure modernization and data center migration activities.

• Platform upgrades, including Windows Server, SQL Server, and .NET environments.

• Application modernization and enterprise software implementation.

• System integration and API development projects.

• Cloud and hybrid technology infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT infrastructure and software development projects.

• A strong technical foundation that allows for effective collaboration with architects, engineers, and developers.

• Proven ability to manage vendor and contractor resources to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.

• IT Project Management experience Required - 7 Years

• Experience managing technical or infrastructure-focused projects Required - 3 Years

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Required - 3 Years

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams Required - 3 Years

• Strong risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management skills Required - 3 Years

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid). Required - 3 Years

• Experience managing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives Required - 1 Years
