Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, promoting our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.

Present, promote, and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Provide feedback to the sales team about customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to negotiate and close sales.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Basic computer and internet skills.

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.

Ability to build relationships with different types of customers.

Goal-oriented and willing to learn.
