As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our sales department to connect more clients with our HR and career services. We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives who thrive in a remote environment and excel at closing deals.

About the Role

This is not an appointment setter position. If you’re a confident closer who enjoys selling, guiding prospects, and converting leads into paying clients, you’ll thrive here. You’ll use your sales expertise to present our services, handle objections, and move prospects directly into onboarding when they’re ready.

You’ll enjoy flexibility, independence, and uncapped earning potential in a fast moving consulting environment built for high performers.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls and follow ups to generate new business

Present services, pricing, and value clearly and confidently

Close deals when the client is ready — or move them to a consultation if needed

Maintain accurate lead activity in Zoho CRM

Hit weekly outreach and conversion targets

Represent Ellis Career & Talent with professionalism and enthusiasm

Required Skills

Proven cold calling and outbound sales experience

Strong ability to sell and close, not just book calls

Confidence in presenting service offerings and pricing

Skilled in objection handling and guiding prospects

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred)

Compensation

This role is commission only. Sales Representatives earn 30% commission on standard services and 40% on high-ticket services. Commission is based on the final total of the paid invoice, including all services sold.

Payouts: Commission is paid biweekly after the client’s invoice has been paid.

Training: Training is provided.
