We're hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Kamloops location (Unit 5, 1200 Summit Drive, Suite 5A, Kamloops, BC V2C 6L2).
What you'll do:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Set service standards, implement operating procedures, and monitor revenue and expenses
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise a team of 5–10 staff
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain quality/sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What you bring:
• 2–3 years of experience in food service, with progressively more responsibility
• College/CEGEP certificate or diploma in hospitality or business administration (3 months–1 year), or equivalent work experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines
• English required
Details:
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Hours: 32–40/week, day and weekend shifts
• Permanent, full-time, on-site (no remote option)
