Soccer Program Management

Build and schedule leagues, tournaments, and training programs for all ages.

Partner with coaches and referees to deliver top tier experiences.

Oversee rosters, schedules, results, and league operations.

Track program performance and drive continuous improvement.

Who Thrives in This Role

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and a love for youth sports:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field.

2+ years of experience in sports programming.

Experience with online registration systems.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and parents.

Knowledge of youth soccer programming.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
