Project Manager / Tech Coverage

The Project Manager / Tech Coverage is responsible for gathering job information, conducting site visits, and building draft estimates for Owner review. This includes time estimates, material coordination, and maintaining HCP accuracy. Tech Coverage duties are secondary to PM responsibilities.
