Remote Appointment Setter - Commission-Only, Uncapped (Calgary)

Calgary, this is a remote, commission-only appointment-setting role, which means there is no base salary and your pay is tied entirely to the meetings you book, with uncapped commission that recurs for months on every client you help win. Vivin is a podcast booking business: for our clients we launch and run their podcast, book their appointments, handle all of their sales and marketing, and create and redistribute all of their content across every channel, taking a business owner's entire growth workload off their plate. Your role is to find qualified business owners and book them onto discovery calls, and then our founder runs the close, so no closing quota sits on your shoulders. You would be setting meetings for that complete done-for-you service, which replaces a whole team, and a strong offer paired with a capable closer means the meetings you set become paying clients. Compensation is 5% of a client's revenue for their first three months on every client that started with your meeting; with retainers that usually run $2,000 to $4,000 a month, each client is worth about $300 to $600 to you, and it recurs.
