Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Identify customer needs and prepare accurate, competitive project estimates and quotations.
Grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Ensure project pricing, profitability, and gross margins align with company objectives.
Collaborate with business development personnel to achieve branch revenue goals.

Branch Operations
Lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, staffing, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin performance.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop branch personnel.
Assign resources effectively to meet project and customer demands.
Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Monitor project execution, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for a team of 5–15 employees.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of management experience within a trades-related industry; electrical industry experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, forecasting, and budgeting.
Proven experience managing profit and loss statements and driving revenue growth.
Strong project management and workforce planning experience.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a multi-level workforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Valid Driver's License.
