Job description*:

Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant with knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Financial modules.

The selected candidate should be able to address User issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SME’s, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

1. 6+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Financials functional and technical experience.

2. Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Asset Management (AM), Cash Management (CM).

3. Proficient in PeopleSoft development tools such as Integration Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, PeopleCode, and SQR.

4. Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Application Packages, with proven experience in preparing comprehensive technical and functional design documents.

5. Skilled in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions for complex technical and functional problems.

6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams and vendors to ensure upgrades are completed on schedule and within budget.

7. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including installation and configuration guides, upgrade plans, testing strategies, and user manuals.

Experience in production support, including monitoring and troubleshooting batch processes, managing job schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents and performance issues.
