Weekend Day Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and dependable RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the weekend day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.Position Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the weekend day shift

Provide clinical leadership and support to ensure excellent resident care

Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status

Oversee medication administration and treatment services

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Complete incident reports and follow up as appropriate

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesQualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (skilled nursing/long-term care preferred)

Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
