Incentives & Compensation:

Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate- Max up to $50.60 RN and $44 LPN )

Vent and Trach training- Additional pay if certified/ after becoming certified and working on Vent Trach Unit

Shift Diff for PM/NOC

Weekend Diff for AM/PM/NOC

What is available:

AM Shift: RN or LPN- Part-Time or PRN

PM Shift: RN or LPN- Full-Time Part-Time or PRN

NOC Shift: RN only- Full-Time Sunday-Thursday, LPN or RN Part-Time or PRN

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

Lead and guide CNA staff

Promote resident safety and comfort

Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for caring for the aging population
