Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners

Diagnose exterior home improvement needs and present solutions

Build value and earn trust in a consultative sales process

Follow up and close deals

Track activity through CRM and meet monthly sales goals

Represent Pro Xteriors with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

Hungry, competitive mindset – closers only

Self-starter with strong work ethic and accountability

Excellent communication and sales skills

Comfortable working in a 1099 commission-only environment

Home improvement or in-home sales experience a plus (not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Sales positions are 1099 commission-only, with no cap on earnings potential.
