Job Responsibilities

As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of packages throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Picking up and delivering packages to residential and commercial customers.

Loading and unloading packages safely and efficiently.

Planning and following the most efficient delivery routes.

Using GPS navigation and delivery applications.

Verifying delivery information and obtaining customer signatures when required.

Providing professional and friendly customer service.

Maintaining communication with dispatch throughout the workday.

Following all company policies and traffic regulations.

Inspecting your vehicle before and after each shift to ensure safe operation.

Reporting any delivery issues or delays promptly.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent service. Successful applicants should meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Clean driving record.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS navigation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous courier, delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
