Newtide is a fast-growing online peptide retailer. We don't manufacture; we source from vetted suppliers and get research peptides to customers quickly and reliably. We're hiring a Project Manager to keep the moving parts of that business running: supplier relationships, product launches, fulfillment, and the website itself.

What you'll do

Manage supplier and fulfillment partner relationships, from sourcing and price negotiation to performance tracking

Coordinate new product launches end to end: supplier selection, COA verification, listing creation, pricing, and go-live

Oversee third-party logistics and shipping workflows, resolving delays, stockouts, and fulfillment errors

Run website and platform projects, working with developers and designers on redesigns, integrations, and conversion improvements

Coordinate marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, promotions, and content calendars

Keep product listings, labeling, and marketing claims compliant with regulations for research peptide sales

Track budgets and margins across suppliers, shipping, and ad spend

Build and maintain simple processes and documentation so the business scales without chaos

What you bring

Project management experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Comfort juggling multiple workstreams: supply, web, marketing, and customer experience

Attention to detail on compliance-sensitive content and product claims

Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and project tools (Asana, Notion, or similar)

Basic grasp of budgets, margins, and unit economics

Familiarity with the research peptide or supplements space is a plus, not required
