Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems to join our growing team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable backend infrastructure to support our growing suite of developer tools and services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components with existing systems

Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance of our services to handle increasing traffic and load

Develop monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high levels of system availability and performance

Continuously improve system architecture, security, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry standards

Mentor and support other team members in understanding and implementing complex technical concepts

Requirements:

Strong proficiency with Rust.

5 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc).

5 years of experience building & maintaining high-scale production systems.

Strong proficiency with distributed systems, databases, and high-performance applications.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus.

Experience that is relevant to Helius is a major advantage.
