VP, Technology Platform (0019-0041)

Manage and evolve Tradeweb's distributed ledger (DLT) platform running on Kubernetes. Act as the first point of contact with other external participants in the DLT network. Act as the primary operational owner of the DLT platform. Develop software and tooling to streamline operations of the DLT platform. Represent Tradeweb interests at meetings of network operators. Work with internal application development teams using DLT to assist them with developing software using the DLT platform. Work with Information Security teams on securing the DLT platform and maintaining appropriate monitoring and access controls. Work with Finance and Accounting to manage financial reporting and implementation of financial controls. Work with external auditors on periodic audits of the DLT platform. Position is fixed location based in Jersey City office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Education and Experience Requirements

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering.

Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Amazon Web Services.

- Kubernetes, including managing EKS clusters and deploying applications.

- Terraform.

- CI/CD and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and best practices, including version control, declarative deployments of infrastructure and applications.

- Prometheus or OpenTelemetry observability technologies.

Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- SSO, particularly OAuth2.

Telecommuting/Remote Work is Permitted

The position is a fixed location based in the Jersey City office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
