Salesforce Developer / Architect

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to our business needs

• Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud and other relevant modules

• Build custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across the platform

• Collaborate with leadership to drive automation and operational efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience — documented

• Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certification(s) required and must be documented

• Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation

• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs

• Experience with system integrations and data migration

• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
