We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead large-scale HR transformation initiatives and drive successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

#Key_Requirements:

15+ years of IT experience with enterprise HR transformation programs

Proven experience managing multiple Oracle HCM Cloud end-to-end implementations

Expertise across Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases

Strong experience in vendor/customer delivery models

SOW-based delivery, scope governance, and change request management

Ability to serve as the primary liaison between customer and vendor teams

Experience leading governance forums, status reviews, and steering committees

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Weekly reporting, milestone tracking, and delivery governance expertise

Hands-on experience with risk, issue, and dependency management

Experience coordinating testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare support
