This position is a position that would serve as temporary assistance during the Open Enrollment period. The position would require knowledge on Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance plans and or Open Enrollment support/processing. The position would require pleasant, solid customer service skills. The position would require repetitive abilities, such as taking numerous calls, and notating employee records. This position would require 1-2 years of customer service and HR/Benefits Experience. This position may require some other light administrative duties. The position would require someone who can type 40 wpm, with solid grammatical skills (verbal and non-verbal).

Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:

• 1+ years of HR or benefits experience

• 1+ years of insurance or Open Enrollment experience

• Strong Clerical Skills

• Microsoft office, especially excel skills

• Ability to learn quickly, work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to analyze and interpret data

• Able to type 40 wpm
