B2B Appointment Setter - Uncapped Commission, Work From Home (Chicago)

Who we are: Vivin is a podcast booking business. For our clients we launch and run their podcast, book their appointments, handle all of their sales and marketing, and create and redistribute all of their content. We take the whole job of getting attention and booking meetings off their plate.

What you actually do: book qualified business owners onto discovery calls. You set the meeting; our founder runs the close. Opening doors is the whole job.

What you are selling: our complete done-for-you service. It replaces a whole marketing and sales team, so owners want it, and an experienced closer turns the calls you book into paying clients.

How you get paid: 5% of each client's revenue for their first three months, on every client sourced from a meeting you set. Typical retainers run $2,000 to $4,000 a month, so each client you help land is worth about $300 to $600 over three months, and it recurs.

The extras: we are a media and content company, so we help you build your own brand, get you on camera, and teach you modern sales and content, with a clear route from setter to closer.

You will thrive if: you have B2B phone experience, sound confident on calls and video, run yourself without hand-holding, and get excited by uncapped commission. Solar, roofing, alarms, door-to-door, and SaaS reps do especially well.
