Positions Available:

- Full-Time

- Part-Time

Minimum Age: 18+

What You'll Do

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with attention to quality and presentation

- Operate the Toast POS system accurately for retail sales transactions

- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end

- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café environment

- Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light menu items as needed

- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety

- Work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

- Barista experience preferred, but not required

- Toast POS experience preferred, but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of food safety, proper food handling, & food preparation procedures

- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods

- Retail math skills for managing sales totals, discounts, and inventory control

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
