RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR COORDINATOR:
The HR Coordinator will manage onboarding, HRIS data entry, employee records, and offboarding activities
The HR Coordinator will respond to employee HR inquiries, support benefits administration, leave tracking, and performance review processes
Assist with payroll support, HR documentation, compliance tracking, and personnel file maintenance
Coordinate employee programs, orientation activities, and other HR projects as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR COORDINATOR
1-2 years of HR, administrative, payroll, or related support experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Experience using an HRIS is required
Salary is $55-$65k, DOE
