- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment
