About the Opportunity

Elite Errand-Concierge Services is an established personal errand and concierge business with a live website, an operating client base, and a proven service and pricing model. The foundation is already in place, what's needed now is the operator who can take that foundation and build it into a franchisable system: the same stage Anytime Fitness and Two Men and a Truck were at before they became national brands, with early groundwork (territory model, franchise fee structure, and role/equity terms) already drafted.

We're looking for a founding Operations Integrator: someone who takes an established concept with real infrastructure behind it and builds the systems, training, and day-to-day execution that make it repeatable across territories.

What You'll Own

Building the company's operations manual: vetting/background-check SOPs, service standards, pricing structure, client intake and quality-assurance protocols

Selecting and implementing the technology stack (scheduling/dispatch, CRM)

Working with franchise counsel to shape the Franchise Disclosure Document and agreement terms

Running franchisee recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training

Day-to-day operations leadership across the current business and early franchise territories

What We're Looking For

Experience running operations for a service business, franchise, or multi-unit operation (home services background, cleaning, moving, personal care, concierge, is a strong plus)

Someone who thrives executing a vision rather than setting one.

Comfortable with an equity-only structure in the near term; no cash compensation is offered at this stage.

Financially able to sustain that arrangement while the system is built out

This is a founding-partner role, not an employee position. Compensation is real ownership in the company, actual membership units, earned progressively as specific operational milestones are achieved. Full terms are shared directly with serious candidates.
