Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM, with REXX experience considered a plus. This role requires a collaborative professional who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with COBOL

Strong knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)

Experience working with VSAM

Good understanding of mainframe development and batch processing

Experience in application maintenance, enhancements, and production support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
