Java Full Stack Developer

Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading technical teams.

Core Java & Frameworks: Deep expertise in Java (8 or higher) and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).

Frontend UI: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

API Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and high-performance gRPC protocols.

Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven microservices.

Database: Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, including complex SQL writing, PL/SQL, and query optimization. Engineering Best Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, resilient end-to-end architectures, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. Backend Development: Build robust, secure microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Frontend Development: Oversee and contribute to the development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js. API & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful and gRPC APIs for low-latency, cross-service communication. React, Java, Oracle, Postgres or in memory DB/cache., Docker, Kubernetes or related container platform, Restful microservices, Kafka, React, AWS, DevOps, Generative Al and Agentic Al technologies.
