Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Mailing Clerk for a temporary administrative support opportunity in Guaynabo, PR. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate who enjoys hands-on clerical work, staying organized, and helping documents move accurately and efficiently through a busy office environment.
As a Mailing Clerk, you will support daily mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, distributing, and delivering mail and documents. This opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule, a professional office setting, and the chance to contribute to an important administrative function within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and internal documents.
- Deliver mail and documents to appropriate departments or designated locations in a timely manner.
- Support clerical and mailroom activities during periods of increased workload.
- Maintain accurate handling of confidential or time-sensitive documents.
- Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving heavy mail items or supplies as needed.
- Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines, and professional standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $11.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
- Temporary assignment from early June through December.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Availability to work overtime is required.
