Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians or tradespeople with daily job tasks and project work

Safely handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites

Follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members to complete assigned tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

Learn trade-specific skills and techniques through on-the-job training

Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and company procedures

Support the team with general labor and miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements:

No prior experience required — willingness to learn and work hard is a must

Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors

Basic understanding of hand tools and job site safety is a plus

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow
