Description Lead on site delivery of large K 12 construction projects Partner with Project Managers to drive schedule and execution Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily operations Oversee sequencing, logistics, and workforce planning Maintain client, architect, and stakeholder relationships Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground up projects Experience in K 12, multifamily, or commercial construction Proven ability to lead teams and control jobsite delivery Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills Understanding of scheduling, safety, and project execution Job Offer Annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 125.000 + 15% bonus + full benefits ESOP ownership, 401(k), healthcare, vehicle allowance High repeat business and strong project pipeline Clear progression to Senior/General Superintendent MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
