Project Manager

Client Details You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, architects, field teams, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Description Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Oversee project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet objectives.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Profile Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor with any of the following project type- Civic, Cultural, Office, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Renewables, Residential, Retail, Science & Technology, Senior Living Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is preferred.
