We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee contract administration, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change order management.
Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations meet quality, safety, and scheduling expectations.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor Project Engineers and support the development of junior team members.
Build lasting client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, corporate, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
