Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Columbus market, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.

Lead project teams while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order management.

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Mentor and support Project Engineers and other team members.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with commercial projects such as healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, office, or mixed-use developments is preferred.

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
