Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Work on integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, and Azure Function Apps.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Marketing modules, including:

Views

Forms

Fields

Compliance Profiles

Topics

Segments

Journeys

Emails

Content Blocks

Entity & Model-Driven Apps

Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Workflows.

Perform ribbon customizations, sitemap editing, and app design.

Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems.

Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

Design Azure-based solution architectures and integration options.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
