Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, organizing travel, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Track action items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation.
Maintain organized filing systems and business records.
Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with calendar management and virtual meeting platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
