Job Summary
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of company data across internal systems and databases. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Verify, clean, and correct data to ensure completeness and reliability.
Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Process forms, reports, and other data-related materials as required.
Assist with data validation, cleanup, and quality assurance tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Generate basic reports and data summaries when needed.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Follow established procedures and data entry standards.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fast and reliable typing skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
