We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who will act as the critical link between our information technology capabilities and our business objectives. This role is responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful completion of troubleshooting, system maintenance, testing, and deployment tasks related to our software products and IT infrastructure. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in aligning technical support services with organizational goals, enabling smooth operations and enhancing user productivity.

IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems. Because of the nature of the job, some companies may require their IT Support to undertake shift work.

IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
