Lead Landmark, High-Profile Concrete Projects
Lead and manage large-scale, self-perform structural concrete projects from preconstruction through completion. Drive execution of complex vertical concrete scopes, including formwork and post-tension systems. Oversee project teams, ensuring delivery on safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals. Direct planning and sequencing for slab-on-metal deck installations and multi-story structures. Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to optimize constructability and cost efficiency. Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and trade partners. Ensure adherence to best practices in self-perform concrete operations and risk management.

The successful applicant will have 12+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on structural concrete. Proven leadership experience in self-perform concrete operations at a senior level. Deep expertise in vertical concrete, including formwork and post-tensioning systems (critical requirement). Strong understanding of slab-on-metal deck construction. Track record of delivering large-scale concrete packages ($20M-$100M+). Experience with large parking structures, commercial, or similar high-profile builds preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple large projects.
