Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for machine operator openings at a manufacturing company in Watertown, CT. Eyelet machine experience is preferred. Candidate should have experience with measuring equipment such as micrometers, gauges etc. These are temp-to-hire positions. First shift hours 6:30 am 4:30 pm Monday Thursday. Second shift hours 4:15 pm 2:15 am Monday Thursday.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machines

Inspect pieces to ensure quality of products and make adjustments as needed

Meet production deadlines

Complete reports as needed

Maintain order and cleanliness in work area

Observe all safety rules

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Machine operating and/or manufacturing experience

Math skills

Able to handle physical aspects of the job, including moderate to heavy lifting

Able to meet deadlines

Able to read and speak English

High school diploma or equivalent
