Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment. This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Shift 7AM-5:30PM

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery per production orders and safety guidelines

Monitor equipment to ensure proper performance and identify issues

Load raw materials and remove finished products

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues

Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)

Record production data, including quantities and quality checks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

Key Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, quality focus, safety awareness

Qualifications:

Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications

Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and dependability
