School District Partnership & Business Development Manager

Brighte Path Transportation is a growing Colorado student transportation provider specializing in safe and reliable transportation services for school districts and students with specialized transportation needs.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated professional with a strong background in education, school districts, special education, student services, or educational administration who wants to help build a company from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to become a true business partner rather than simply an employee.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with Colorado school districts and the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).

* Contact district transportation departments, special education departments, procurement offices, and student services teams.

* Secure new student transportation assignments and contracts.

* Represent Brighte Path Transportation professionally with school districts and community partners.

* Develop long-term growth strategies and help expand the company statewide.

* Assist in creating new partnerships and identifying business opportunities.

* Help lead the company’s future growth.

Qualifications

* Experience working with school districts, education, special education, transportation, or government agencies.

* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently.

* Knowledge of Colorado school systems is highly preferred.

Compensation

This is not a traditional salaried position.

Instead, we are looking for someone interested in becoming part of the company’s leadership.

Compensation will be based on profit sharing. The successful candidate will receive an ownership-style share of company profits alongside the two founders. As the company grows, everyone benefits from its success.
