Accounting Manager

$100K–$120K Base + Bonus Employee-Owned Company High-Visibility Growth Track

We’re partnering with a growing, employee-owned organization to identify an Accounting Manager who’s ready to step into a highly visible role with a clear path to Controller or Director-level leadership in the next few years.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Oversee GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Manage and mentor accounting staff (or be positioned to step into leadership)

Strengthen internal controls and process improvements

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Public accounting background is a plus (not required)

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Desire and capability to grow into a leadership role (Controller/Director track)

Proactive mindset with the ability to improve processes and drive efficiency

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

Bonus: Performance-based

Equity: Employee Ownership Plan (ESOP)
