Job Title: Technical Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Princeton, NJ or Remote (Preference will be given to those residing in the Tri-State area)

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits

Summary: We're seeking a Technical Analyst / Project Manager with 3–5 years of IT experience to lead business/system analysis (60%) and project management (40%). The ideal candidate has experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, SQL, Excel, cloud technologies, data analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical data environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in technical/business analysis and project management within IT

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience driving projects from concept to implementation

• Proven ability to analyze complex business and system requirements, resolve data or process conflicts using facts and logic, and deliver actionable solutions

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — able to translate between business and technical teams and drive alignment across stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution discipline, maintaining accuracy under tight timelines

• Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical data environment preferred
