Financial Services - Universal Fraud
Training: 8/17/26 - 9/09/26 9AM - 3PM EST
Training Pay - $7.00/hour
Production Pay - $13.50/hour
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor and analyze account activity to identify potential fraud indicators.
Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. This may include emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation, and the opportunity to offer value-added services to cardholders.
Provide cross-referral services with fraud management, outbound notifications detailing card stoppages, and evaluating transactions and spending history to assess the likelihood of fraud.
Verify activity and obtain supporting information from cardholders.
Document findings clearly and accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18+
- Background check/Drug screening - $30 (good for 3 years)
- Class Deposit - $50 (refunded after attending 1st day of class)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Serviceable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to successfully complete required training
