Financial Services Customer Service
Training: 8/10/26 - 9/02/26 9AM - 3PM or 3PM - 9PM EST
Training Pay - $7.00/hour
Production Pay - $13.00/hour
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Answer inbound client calls to address needs ranging from routine balance and transaction questions.
Utilize available tools and resources to provide timely, accurate resolution.
Monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to card usage and deliver a great customer experience.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18+
- Background check/Drug screening - $30 (good for 3 years)
- Class Deposit - $50 (refunded after attending 1st day of class)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Serviceable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to successfully complete required training
