Group Travel Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Xperience Xscape Travels is looking for a detail-oriented Group Travel Operations Coordinator. This role is strictly focused on the execution, administration, and logistics of our luxury group bookings. You will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that complex itineraries run flawlessly from a paperwork and data perspective.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the backend logistics of large group bookings, including tracking passenger manifests, dietary restrictions, and flight details.

Draft, send, and track client contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.

Coordinate directly with luxury suppliers to confirm reservations, rooming lists, and itinerary timing.

Create comprehensive itinerary documents for group departures.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic computer knowledge

High attention to detail—errors in manifests or bookings are not an option in luxury travel.

Excellent administrative and data management skills.

Experience in the hospitality or travel sector handling invoices and group contracts is preferred, but not required.
