The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to C-suite executives
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents
Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Support daily operational and strategic business activities
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is an advantage (not mandatory)
