Conversion is hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale go-to-market from the ground up. This is a key early GTM hire who will own and build out the demand-generation motion - running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline

Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth

Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand

Build and scale SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic

Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as the company scales Tech stack: Not specified

Own paid acquisition across channels and run experiments

Launch and manage webinar programs

Campaign execution experience (events, webinars, SEO, LinkedIn) end-to-end from ideation through execution

Strong business sense & pipeline ownership (end-to-end) Green Flags

Major in HCI/cog sci/business/marketing

RISD, CMU, Waterloo, Stanford, USC, Upenn undergrad
