Support HR management in recruitment/selection, benefits / compensation, compliance / performance management, and HRIS / reporting. The specific duties include: (1) Work with hiring managers and the HR Director to develop effective job posts and recruitment strategies; (2) Update / maintain job descriptions on an annual basis to ensure accuracy and alignment with current roles and responsibilities; (3) Support the new hire onboarding process and orientation programs; (4) Serve as liaison between carriers and employees to resolve benefits issues including billing and claims concerns; (5) Perform benefits reconciliation with carrier invoices review and timely payment processing; (6) Provide advice and guidance to employees on day-to-day matters on policies, benefits, and handbook issues, etc.; (7) Maintain and update processes in LCP Tracker to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; (8) Conduct research assignments including gathering and analyzing data, generating reports from ADP Workforce Now, and preparing recommendations for HR Director and management consideration; (9) Work with the Finance Department to produce the HR-related audit reports and investigate / explain any discrepancies; (10) Create custom reports utilizing field grabber in ADP Workforce Now and produce other HR-related reports, analyze / outline findings and recommendations.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or in a closely related field.
