Job description*:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of US staffing processes, visa types, and tax terms.

#Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment activities.

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and communication skills.

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Negotiate compensation packages and finalize offers.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.

Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.

Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate databases.

#Required Skills:

Experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.

Strong knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Understanding of various US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
