Remote Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support the daily accounting operations of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end reporting.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Maintain organized financial documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
